Apple is planning to carry reside translation to AirPods, based on a report from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. The characteristic, which is able to let customers translate conversations in actual time, can be “tied” to the forthcoming iOS 19, Gurman says.
As famous by Gurman, the characteristic will help translate a dialog from, for instance, Spanish to English by taking part in a translated model of the speech into the English-speaker’s AirPods. When the English speaker responds, their iPhone will then play the Spanish translation from its audio system. Apple didn’t instantly reply to The Verge’s request for remark.
