QuEra Computing, a Boston-based firm specialising in neutral-atom quantum computing, has secured over US$230 million in funding to advance the event and manufacturing of large-scale, fault-tolerant quantum computer systems.
The funding spherical contains new buyers reminiscent of Google, SoftBank Imaginative and prescient Fund 2, and Valor Fairness Companions, alongside current buyers like QVT Household Workplace and Safar Companions, all of whom participated.
Of the whole sum, US$60 million shall be disbursed upon assembly a pending funding situation.
